Mission & Vision
The Advocacy & DEI Committee aims to celebrate and advocate for PGAs who hold marginalized identities. We aim to foster an inclusive YPGA community.
Committee Values
As a committee, we celebrate and value diversity in all forms, whether it be gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or ability. We aim to center and uplift marginalized voices.
Goals/Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and inclusive space for all and provide a sense of community, engagement, and belonging at Yale
- Build and sustain a diverse community empowered through advocacy and support
- Advocate on behalf of marginalized members within the YPGA
