Flex your creative muscles by crafting and organizing events that bring together a community through multiple social media platforms. As a volunteer e-board member, you will have a hand on some or all of the following tasks:

Updating the YPGA website

Posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

Creating virtual flyers of events

Get your paparazzi ON - Take pictures to capture YPGA moments

Mission and Vision
The Communications committee joint initiatives focus on expanding the presence of the YPGA on campus and compiling resources for current/prospective postgrads through mixed media. As such, the communications team frequently collaborates with other YPGA committees to keep the postgrad community up to date with the latest news and events on campus.
Goals/Responsibilities
• Expanding upon the YPGA’s official website
• Instituting a regular postgrad newsletter
• Creating a more uniform branding scheme for the YPGA
• Disseminating general YPGA info to the community

- Conceptualizing, planning and advertising committee events
- Collaborating with all committees to plan and execute the communication of events, announcements and reminders to the YPGA community
